Cheryl
Tully Stoll is a real estate professional with over thirty
years of marketing and sales experience including conducting
sales training and developing and implementing global marketing
programs from the ground up. Having held her real estate license
for nearly twelve years, and having grown up in the region, she
is well versed in the Metrowest region’s economics,
demographics and changing business patterns.
She
has run her own marketing and business consulting firm and
understands the challenges businesses face in today’s rapidly
changing marketplace. She recognizes that the real estate needs
of small businesses and larger enterprises are very
different.
With
an MBA from Bentley University, and a B.A. in Economics from
Framingham State University along with decades of diverse
professional experience, she brings clients a knowledgeable set
of eyes and strong analysis skills for any proposed transaction
whether it be a sale, purchase or leasing agreement.
Her
attention to detail and expertise in multiple forms of media,
communications tools and strong Internet search and electronic
marketing skills, allow her to bring effective state-of-the art
marketing and property search techniques to all of her clients.
As
a former elected municipal official in the City of Framingham,
she has experience with both sides of the licensing, land use,
zoning and economic development processes. She has held the
positions of City Councilor At Large for Framingham, Chaired the
Appointments Committee, was the Vice Chair of the Education
Committee and a member of the Economic Development Committee.
Prior to that she served four years on the Board of Selectmen
and was the only woman in the 317 year history of the town to
ever be voted Chairman twice.
As
a trained and experienced mediator, her negotiation skills, work
style and energy are assets to every client she represents.
Tully
Stoll’s driving philosophy is that client service comes
first and is available to her clients at any time via email,
phone, text messages or in-person meetings.
She
has been named to the Motorola President’s Club, won the
Motorola Minority Suppliers Development Award, was the
Framingham Rotary Club’s 2016 Distinguished Citizen of the
Year and was a 2018 Athena Award finalist for the Metrowest
region and received the Framingham Medical Reserve Corps 2018
Inspiration Award including Citations from the Massachusetts
State Senate and the Massachusetts House of Representatives.
Her
passion for community service has led her to hold positions of
responsibility for many civic and charitable organizations
during the past three decades.
She
lives in Framingham with her husband Ed Stoll and has two
step-daughters and a twelve year-old grandson.
