Ernie Silver is an independent management consultant who specializes in issues related to small business management, and he has extensive experience consulting to family-owned businesses. He is skilled in assisting entrepreneurs in creating strategic Business, Marketing, and Financial Plans; restructuring debt; conducting market research; developing systems and procedures; and motivating and training employees. He is frequently called upon to assist troubled businesses with restructuring and rebuilding; his hands-on approach enables clients to make the accommodations and changes required for survival and profitability.

Ernie is a Professor and Former Chair of the Department of Management at Curry College in Milton, Massachusetts, is a graduate of Northeastern University and Babson College.
