Mike Gatlin has been practicing law since 1982, and concentrates in the areas of residential and commercial real estate, including real estate development, and representation of small businesses. His clients include several local and regional lenders and mortgage companies. 

Mike is a former vice-chair of the Mass. Bar Association’s Real Estate law section, and has been a frequent lecturer and writer on real estate and business topics, appearing in Banker and Tradesman, the Boston and Worcester Business Journals and other local publications. He is also the current chair of the Framingham Economic and Industrial Development Corporation which works to create business opportunities in the Town of Framingham.
